AI consulting for small businesses in New Jersey.

I help owners and operations teams choose one useful job for AI, build it into the way the business already works, and train the people who will use it.

AI is useful when it has a clear job.

A chat window can help one person write or think. Business work is harder. Information arrives from different places, people make decisions, exceptions appear, and the result has to go somewhere.

I begin by tracing that work. Then we decide whether AI should summarize, classify, search, draft, or extract information. If a normal rule or integration is more reliable, I use that instead.

What the engagement can include

  • Review one repeated or confusing workflow with the people doing it
  • Identify the information AI may use and what must remain private
  • Define expected results, mistakes, exceptions, and human approval
  • Build and test a focused workflow against real examples
  • Document the setup and train the team using it

A good fit

You run an established business and already know where the work hurts: documents pile up, follow-up is inconsistent, information is hard to find, or staff repeat the same drafting and sorting. You want someone who can understand the process and build the fix, not hand you a list of tools to investigate later.

What I do not sell

I do not begin with a company-wide AI transformation plan, promise that an agent can replace your staff, or push sensitive information into a tool before we understand its terms and the business risk.

Show me the work that still takes too long.

We will decide whether AI belongs in the fix.
