GroxStudio

Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Bizit LLC (“Bizit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use GroxStudio, its iPhone companion features, GroxStudio Pro, the GroxStudio pages on bizit.ai, or contact GroxStudio support.

GroxStudio is a native workspace that operates primarily on your devices. It connects to services you choose to use, including Grok and xAI, Apple platform services, RevenueCat, and Stripe. Those providers handle information under their own policies.

2. Data stored on your devices

GroxStudio may store conversations, workspace and project references, session state, app settings, logs, remote-pairing information, and other information needed to provide the features you use. This information is generally stored in the app’s local containers or your user Library on the relevant device.

GroxStudio creates a random Support ID for licensing. That ID is stored in Apple’s synchronizable Data Protection Keychain so it can ordinarily remain available after reinstalling the app or when using another eligible device signed in to the same Apple account. Bizit does not use the Support ID as an advertising identifier.

You control the projects, prompts, files, and credentials made available to GroxStudio and Grok CLI. Do not provide access to information you are not authorized to use.

3. Licensing and payments

GroxStudio sends the Support ID and basic app, device, entitlement, and transaction information needed for licensing to RevenueCat. RevenueCat returns customer and entitlement information so GroxStudio can determine whether GroxStudio Pro is active.

Web checkout is provided through RevenueCat and Stripe. They may collect your email address, billing information, payment method, tax location, and transaction details. Bizit does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may receive transaction, subscription, refund, and customer identifiers needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and license administration.

4. iPhone remote access

When you enable remote access, GroxStudio stores pairing credentials and sends session information between your paired iPhone and Mac. Nearby connections use local networking when available. A configured relay may carry encrypted remote-session traffic when a direct connection is unavailable.

Remote-session information can include conversation content, prompts, responses, session status, approvals, device status, and commands needed to operate the paired Mac. Grok credentials remain on the Mac for the remote voice and CLI paths designed to use them. You should pair only devices you own or trust.

5. Third-party providers

Depending on the features you use, information may be handled by:

  • xAI and Grok, for Grok CLI, model requests, responses, and related account services;
  • Apple, for macOS, iOS, Keychain synchronization, networking, and app distribution;
  • RevenueCat, for customer identifiers, entitlements, web billing, and purchase management;
  • Stripe, for payment processing, billing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and subscription management; and
  • Cloudflare, for hosting bizit.ai and ordinary security and request logs.

GroxStudio does not include an xAI account. Your use of Grok or other third-party services is also governed by your relationship with those providers.

6. Website and support

When you visit bizit.ai, the hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security signals. If you submit a contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide and use it to respond, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Bizit does not use GroxStudio to sell personal information or serve behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or to service providers working for Bizit under appropriate obligations.

7. Retention, security, and your choices

Local app information remains until you remove it through GroxStudio, delete the app’s data, or remove it using operating-system tools. Providers retain licensing, payment, support, and security records according to their policies and legal obligations. Bizit retains support and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here.

You may disable remote access, unpair devices, cancel a subscription, or contact us about your support and licensing records. Security measures reduce risk but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as GroxStudio changes. We will post the revised policy here, update its effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected]. For purchasing and troubleshooting help, see GroxStudio Support.
