GroxStudio

Terms & Conditions

Effective July 28, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bizit LLC (“Bizit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of GroxStudio, including the GroxStudio Mac app, its iPhone companion features, and GroxStudio Pro. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using GroxStudio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GroxStudio.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use GroxStudio for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your GroxStudio license

Subject to these Terms, Bizit gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use GroxStudio on devices you own or control. Your license may be associated with a GroxStudio customer identifier and may be checked periodically to confirm entitlement status.

The GroxStudio Mac workspace may be available without charge while we offer a free version. Features designated as GroxStudio Pro—including iPhone remote access—require an active subscription, lifetime license, promotional entitlement, or other valid license from Bizit.

A license belongs to the customer for whom it was issued. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share, or transfer a license or attempt to bypass licensing or entitlement checks. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify GroxStudio.

3. Plans, renewals, cancellation, and refunds

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Monthly and yearly GroxStudio Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You authorize the payment provider to charge the then-current subscription price and applicable taxes at each renewal. We will provide legally required notice of material price changes.

You may cancel a subscription through the subscription-management link made available by GroxStudio or its checkout provider. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Lifetime license

A “lifetime” license is a one-time license for GroxStudio Pro for the commercial lifetime of the current GroxStudio product, while Bizit continues to make that product available and support its licensing service. It does not mean your lifetime or Bizit’s lifetime, does not guarantee any minimum support period, and does not automatically include a materially different successor product.

Refunds and taxes

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected]. Purchases may be subject to sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your location.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the prompts, commands, files, credentials, and other content you use with GroxStudio, and for reviewing actions or output before relying on them. You agree not to:

  • use GroxStudio to violate law, another person’s rights, or applicable third-party terms;
  • introduce malware, interfere with the service, probe its security, or gain unauthorized access;
  • use remote access on a Mac or iPhone you do not own, control, or have permission to use;
  • circumvent licensing, access controls, usage restrictions, or security measures; or
  • use GroxStudio in a way that creates unreasonable risk or disruption for others.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, to protect GroxStudio or others, or where required by law.

5. Third-party services

GroxStudio works with services provided by others. These may include xAI and Grok, RevenueCat for customer entitlements and web billing, Stripe for payment processing, and Apple for macOS, iOS, platform services, or app distribution. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability may affect GroxStudio.

GroxStudio does not include an xAI or Grok account or usage allowance. You are responsible for any separate third-party accounts, credentials, charges, permissions, and compliance required for your use. Bizit is not responsible for third-party services, content, outputs, outages, or changes.

6. Availability, updates, and security

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that GroxStudio or remote access will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Network conditions, your Mac’s status, third-party services, and software updates can affect availability.

You are responsible for keeping your devices, operating systems, GroxStudio, Grok CLI, credentials, and backups current and secure. Remote access should be enabled only on devices you trust. We may require updates where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, or licensing.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroxStudio is provided “as is” and “as available.” Bizit disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

AI and command-line tools can produce incorrect, incomplete, or harmful results. You are responsible for reviewing output and maintaining appropriate human oversight, backups, access controls, and safeguards. GroxStudio is not designed for uses where a failure could cause death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizit and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption. Bizit’s total liability arising from GroxStudio will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for GroxStudio during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms as GroxStudio changes. We will post updated Terms here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bizit LLC at its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction over Bizit and the dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement about GroxStudio unless you and Bizit have a separate written agreement that says otherwise.
