Contact GroxStudio Support
Email [email protected] with a short description of the problem, your macOS and GroxStudio versions, and the Support ID shown in GroxStudio > Settings > License. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, Grok credentials, or private project files.
Free early access
During the initial launch period, Bizit may grant selected early users twelve months of GroxStudio Pro without creating a charge or subscription.
- Open GroxStudio > Settings > License.
- Select Copy beside Support ID.
- Email that ID to [email protected].
- After Bizit confirms the grant, select Refresh License.
A free grant does not automatically become a paid subscription when it ends. Access, availability, and grant duration may vary by launch program.
Refresh or recover a license
After browser checkout, return to GroxStudio. The app refreshes when it becomes active; you can also select Refresh License in License settings.
The Support ID is ordinarily preserved using Apple’s synchronizable Keychain. If a reinstall or device change produces a different Support ID, email the new ID and the billing email used at checkout. Support can investigate and, when appropriate, transfer the RevenueCat entitlement. Stripe web purchases are not restored from an App Store receipt.
Manage or cancel a subscription
When GroxStudio Pro is active, open GroxStudio > Settings > License and select Manage Subscription. The management page is provided by the web billing provider and can be used to update payment details or cancel future renewals when those controls are available.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access ordinarily remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless the purchase is refunded or otherwise revoked.
Refund requests
Charges are handled according to the GroxStudio Terms & Conditions and applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, email [email protected] with the billing email, purchase date, amount, and reason. Do not include a complete payment-card number.
iPhone remote-access checklist

- For nearby pairing, allow local-network access on the iPhone and Mac.
- Pair only devices you own or trust.
- If access was just granted or purchased, refresh the Mac license before pairing.
- Include the Support ID and the exact error message when contacting support.
